Warranty terms and condition for EagleTec Products

10 years warranty 
EagleTec (Asia) Limited provide full-scale of design, production, quality and service assurance for their Flash Memory products. Start from the purchasing date and last for 10 year, according to the terms of the receipt, we provide free recondition and replacement service.  Customers can enjoy chargeable recondition service. (Substitute maybe reconditioned products or products contain recondition material, irregular products have to charge separately). The terms above suit to all the EagleTec Flash Memory products. Including:

2 years warranty 
EagleTec (Asia) Limited provide full-scale of design, production, quality and service assurance for their External Hard Disk Storage products. Start from the purchasing date and last for 2 years, according to the terms of the receipt, we provide free recondition and replacement service.  Customers can enjoy chargeable recondition service. (Substitute maybe reconditioned products or products contain recondition material, irregular products have to charge separately). The terms above suit to all the EagleTec External Hard Disk storage products. Including:

External Hard Disk Storage:
a)      SATA

b)      Supreme

c)      Fingerprint

d)      PATA

e)      NAS Media Server

1 year warranty 
For the computer peripherals that produced by EagleTec (Asia) Limited, we provide full-scale design, production, quality and service assurance. Start from the purchasing day within 1 year, EagleTec (Asia) Limited will offer free recondition and replacement service according to the terms below. Suitable for all the EagleTec product ( non-storage products ) offer 1 year warranty, including:

a)      USB Card Reader

b)      SD to CF Adaptor

c)      Bluetooth Adapter

d)      USB Hub/ Webcam

e)      External DVD Multi drive

f)      Optical/ Laser Mouse

g)      Express Card (for TV/ HSDPA/ SSD)

h)      Digital Photo Frame

Free recondition service:
Customers should complete the registration procedures on our company website to effect the warranty.  If there is any query on registration, please feel free to contact us. Our company will only provide recondition service to customers who provide the document with accurate purchasing date to prove the purchasing date and distributor. During the normal using process, our company will prove free materials or quality problems which cause by working process to products in warranty period.

Limited Warranty:
EagleTec (Asia) Limited should not provided warranty on non-EagleTec products included both hardware and software. EagleTec (Asia) Limited should not be responsible for all data lose, data damage or data incomplete during using EagleTec products.
EagleTec (Asia) Limited should not provide repair and maintenance services for the following conditions: disposable parts, misappropriate use, improperly use, physical damage, nature and human damage, unauthorized repair, reformat and assembly.

How to register:
EagleTec in each product or packaging are on the back of the map above the serial number (e.g.: Warranty sticker paste on packaging -- TAA581132 or Small silver sticker paste on product ¨C CAA613582), make sure the guests on the Challenger-Tech.com registered with the importation of products SERIAL NUMBER column enter the serial number, or will not be able to complete the registration. (If customer cannot be success register the serial number, please send email to techsupp@eagletec.com)
