Why doesn’t my wireless mouse doesn’t have a power button?

Some wireless mice are born without power buttons. They still manage to live a healthy life, and this is in fact quite normal.

Connection Issue

Check the following:

  • Make sure that the battery is new and installed properly
  • For some Smartphones with Bluetooth, the Bluetooth protocol is not complete and they do not support Bluetooth mice well. Often times, they can find and connect to the mouse but response is slow.
  • For USB Bluetooth dongles, the higher the version the better. For example, a V4.0 Bluetooth dongle is better than a V2.0 one. *Note* some Bluetooth USB dangles’ working frequency is not accurate. Please try to use another dongle if you have problems with the mouse connection.
